• Influencing clients' strategic direction to support licensing and project development.
• Working with diverse clients across defence, nuclear generation, and innovative markets like fusion and SMR.
• Leading technical project delivery, addressing complex problems, and presenting solutions to stakeholders.
• Mentoring junior engineers and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
