Red Nucleus is hiring a Senior/Principal Medical Writer (oncology) to join our global team! This role is based out of our London, UK office.

How You Will Contribute

You will work with our Learning & Development team on a diverse range of projects, spanning pre- and post-launch drug and medical device brand lifecycles. Your materials will reach multiple audiences, including sales representatives and medical science liaisons, focusing on scientific and product knowledge and communication skills.

Deliverables can include:

• Print modules and infographics
• Workshop design and development
• Podcasts

Responsibilities:

• Understand client strategy and messaging, ensuring integration into content
• Consult with clients and subject matter experts to understand content complexities
• Research and distill complex scientific information for target audiences
• Design and write educational materials for industry professionals
• Review and revise materials to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Attend client meetings and provide updates
• Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and maintain quality
• Contribute to departmental goals and initiatives
• Provide mentorship to team members

About You

• 2-3+ years in a senior writing role, with oncology experience
• Experience in medical education or promotional content in the life sciences
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to simplify complex scientific information
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset
• Motivated and able to work under pressure
• Healthcare sales training experience is a plus
• Knowledge of AMA or UK referencing formats
• Willingness to work in our London office
