Senior/Principal Medical Writer - Promotional Medical Education/Commercial

After a busy 2024, a full-service Medical Communications agency is looking for a Senior and a Principal Medical Writer to join the team! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership over assigned brands and deliverables, with a focus on upholding quality standards, style guidelines, and medical writing norms. They have roles available across a more commercial account, as well as a publications account - so are looking to speak with a mixture of skillsets!

What You'll Do:

• Lead the writing, reviewing, and polishing of various materials, including sales aids, training modules, reports, and slide kits.
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with industry standards in all written materials.
• Conduct literature searches to incorporate the latest evidence and insights into content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain best practices, protocols, and guidance documents.
• Assist in new business meetings by preparing proposals and slide kits.
• Maintain templates and ensure high-quality deliverables that impress clients.

What You Bring:

• Proven success in medical writing with industry experience (3+ years for Senior, 5+ years for Principal).
• Deep knowledge of medical writing guidelines and standards.
• Experience managing various document types effectively.
• Ability to produce scientifically rigorous and engaging reports.
• Strong proofreading skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reference management systems.
