What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Lead mechanical design on complex data centre and critical environment projects
2. Oversee HVAC, chilled water, and advanced cooling systems
3. Collaborate with electrical, public health, and sustainability teams
4. Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise
5. Manage client expectations, timelines, and budgets
6. Ensure compliance with global standards and best practices
7. Drive innovation in low-carbon, energy-efficient systems

What We’re Looking For:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng/MEng)
2. Chartered status (CEng or equivalent) is a big plus
3. 8+ years in MEP consultancy or building services
4. Experience with data centre or critical systems design
5. Strong HVAC and cooling systems knowledge
6. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Hevacomp, IES, etc.
7. Excellent leadership and client-facing skills
