Worley is seeking a Senior Estimator in Manchester to lead the delivery of project estimates across FEL/EPC/EPCM stages. You will supervise estimating teams, challenge inputs across disciplines and ensure estimates stay within budget and schedule.

You will coordinate with project management, engineering and capture management, delivering accurate basis of estimate reports and presenting to senior management.

Formación

• Senior-level experience in professional pricing or tendering.
• Experience with FEL/EPC/EPCM and lump sum/target pricing.
• Collaborates with project management, engineering, and capture management.
• Proficient with a widely used estimating tool.

Responsabilidades

• Produce proposals and/or project estimates per company standards.
• Coordinate estimating teams during major detailed estimates.
• Prepare detailed estimating plans with scheduling and responsibilities.
• Manage estimate preparation budgets and workload.
• Ensure on-time estimate completion with quality presentations.
• Liaise with Contracts regarding contractual issues.
• Identify risks and mitigations.
• Review estimates with Estimators and Engineers before management reviews.
• Prepare close-out reports per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with standard formats.
• Capture best practices to improve estimating processes.
