Your new company

This practice has multiple offices across the UK, with their London Office growing rapidly due to new project wins. They work on a variety of construction and infrastructure projects for prestigious clients both locally and internationally. They currently have over 100 staff and aim to expand further, with career development being a key goal.

Your new role

You will be working as a Senior or Principal Engineer in the London office, helping to manage larger projects currently in progress. These projects span multiple sectors, so applicants from diverse backgrounds are welcome. Ideally, you will have experience with Revit, a good knowledge of BIM, and the ability to collaborate with remote teams across offices.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree qualification is preferred but not essential; Chartered status is also desirable. The company is happy to support engineers in obtaining Chartered status. Experience with large-scale projects, client-facing design meetings, and mentoring junior staff are important qualities.
