Your company
This practice has multiple offices across the UK, and their London office is growing rapidly due to new project wins. They work on a variety of construction and infrastructure projects with prestigious clients both locally and internationally. They currently have over 100 staff, with ambitions to grow further, with career development high on their goals.

Your new role
You will be working as either a Senior or Principal Engineer in the London office, helping to manage some larger projects currently being won. These projects span multiple sectors, so they are flexible regarding the applicants' backgrounds. Ideally, you will have experience with Revit and a good knowledge of BIM, as well as experience working across offices with remote teams.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will be degree qualified, although this is not essential, and ideally Chartered. If not, the company is happy to support Engineers in obtaining Chartered status. You should have experience working on large-scale projects and have been client-facing in design team meetings. Mentoring and helping to develop junior staff is also desirable.
