Are you an experienced ecologist looking for progression in your career? If so, we’re sure you’ll find a happy home within the TEP Ecology team in our Warrington office, seeking enthusiastic Senior and Principal Ecologists to join our team.
This opportunity is suitable for ecologists with at least 4 to 5 years of experience, particularly those with technical skills in botany/habitat surveying, biodiversity net gain, or bat ecology (Level 2 bat licence holder). You will work with a diverse range of clients across the UK in sectors such as residential, urban regeneration, utilities infrastructure, commercial, leisure, and projects related to BNG off-site delivery, green infrastructure, conservation, restoration schemes, and strategic projects.
You will lead and contribute to a variety of projects, utilizing your strong field survey, assessment, and reporting skills, along with your knowledge of current best practices and the planning system. Responsibilities include supervising field staff, coordinating project work with other professionals, attending client and design team meetings, and helping clients navigate planning and licensing processes. You will also monitor the financial performance of your projects and contribute to fee proposals.
