Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proven track record as a Principal Designer on large and complex construction projects.
• Knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations, construction processes and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Act as Principal Designer on construction projects from conception through to completion.
• Prepare and manage all CDM documentation, including Pre-Construction Information.
• Provide clear CDM and health & safety advice to clients throughout project lifecycles.
