Job summary

Turner Property Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Building Regulations Principal Designer for a London-based role with hybrid working. You will lead Building Regulations Principal Designer duties across complex projects and mentor junior team members while advising clients on Building Safety Act compliance.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, review designs for compliance, manage Gateway submissions, and contribute to the growth of the Building Safety function.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Building Regulations Principal Designer.
• Background in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a similar design discipline.
• Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act and current Building Regulations.
• Experience delivering complex or high-value projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while leading projects.
• Professional membership is desirable.
