You will lead compliance across residential, regeneration, and mixed-use schemes, ensuring alignment with Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act.
• Experience acting as Building Regulations Principal Designer.
• HRB and Gateway 2 experience desirable.
• Ability to work confidently with clients, design teams and contractors.

Responsabilités

• Lead Building Regulations Principal Designer on projects across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams and contractors to ensure compliance.
• Ensure designs meet Building Regulations and Building Safety Act requirements.
