Henderson Scott, a Search Recruitment Group partner, seeks a Principal Consultant in Leeds for its US Water Infrastructure team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, build strategic client partnerships and drive market growth across North America in the Water Infrastructure sector.

Qualifications

Experience in professional services recruitment
Consistent track record of achieving revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to mentor and develop junior consultants
Proactive, commercially driven approach with market leadership mindset

Responsibilities

Take ownership of full recruitment life-cycle from identifying talent to offers and onboarding
Grow and manage key client relationships, understanding business and talent needs
Develop market strategy and identify growth opportunities in US Water Infrastructure
Establish yourself as market expert using network and insights to influence clients
Share knowledge and best practices across team and mentor consultants
Support wider commercial objectives of Henderson Scott
