Henderson Scott in Leeds is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead the US Water Infrastructure recruitment practice. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying top talent to negotiating offers and ensuring successful placements, while building key client relationships.

With hybrid working and a clear progression path, you will develop market strategy, share knowledge across the team, and mentor junior consultants to drive growth for global and SME clients in water

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or specialist recruitment.
• Strong track record of delivering results and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the full recruitment life-cycle from talent sourcing to placement and onboarding.
• Own and grow a portfolio of client relationships and understand their talent needs.
• Develop and execute market strategy to identify growth opportunities in your sector.
• Position yourself as a market expert to influence clients and drive new business.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior consultants to improve performance.
• Contribute to wider commercial and strategic objectives of Henderson Scott.
