Matchtech is seeking a Senior/Principal Civil Engineer for a contractor role in Leeds or Newcastle. The position involves secondments into Stantec and responsibilities spanning infrastructure and non-infrastructure civil works.

You will lead projects, manage teams, prepare designs and reports, and ensure compliance with IR35 and industry standards, while coordinating with multidisciplinary groups.

Our client, a prominent consultancy in the water sector, is currently seeking a Senior/Principal Civil Engineer to join their team on a contract basis in Leeds or Newcastle. This role includes secondments into Stantec and involves working on both infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects under the IR35 regime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and delivering civil engineering projects within the water sector, including both infrastructure and non-infrastructure works
