Summary

We are seeking a Senior Principal/Associate Director in Biostatistics with expertise in HTA and Pricing and Reimbursement activities. This role involves providing statistical solutions to HTA challenges and collaborating with International Value & Access and HEOR teams to support Joint Clinical Assessment in Europe.

The Role

Supported by biostatisticians across over 10 sites globally, you will lead statistical analyses that support drug development and access. This includes implementing innovative trial designs and statistical models, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days/week in London.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead statistical methodology implementation in HTA, reimbursement, clinical trials, and observational research across regions.
2. Collaborate with Health Economics, Market Access, and strategic teams to inform decisions.
3. Manage project activities, resources, and vendor relationships.
4. Support payer interactions and scientific engagements with agencies and healthcare professionals.
5. Ensure quality and timely delivery of statistical work, applying best practices.
6. Oversee external vendors and stay updated on industry trends and methods.
7. Communicate findings clearly to non-statistical stakeholders.

Required Experience

• PhD with 4+ years or MS with 8+ years in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Expertise in indirect treatment comparisons, meta-analyses, and innovative experimental designs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across therapeutic areas.
