Job Title: Senior Principal Auditor - Treasury

Group Audit serves as Deutsche Bank's independent Third Line of Defense, proactively assisting the bank's business and infrastructure areas to identify control weaknesses. Comprising around 800 staff, our global connectivity provides a stimulating environment for collaboration and knowledge sharing worldwide.

You will work within the Treasury audit team, responsible for delivering high-quality audit reports on Treasury and Treasury Risk activities, meeting Deutsche Bank's and regulators' requirements.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead operational audit work, focusing on liquidity risk, capital management, and interest rate risk in banking book
• Plan audits, document processes, identify risks, and engage with stakeholders
• Draft and review audit reports, facilitate issue tracking, and validate issue closures
• Review stakeholder action plans and assist in developing remediation strategies
• Complete audit tasks within budgets, including special investigations

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Professional risk or accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACA, FRM, CIA) is advantageous
• Experience in public accounting or internal audit within Financial Services, especially Treasury and Risk areas
• Knowledge of auditing standards and strong communication skills
• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
