Job summary

Capital Law Ltd. is seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer based in Cardiff or London to help grow our national presence and maintain exceptional client service.

The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on IP, data protection, and e-commerce, and supporting corporate transactions with commercial and IT expertise. A collaborative, client-focused approach is essential.
