Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail.

• Proactive and collaborative approach contributing to team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, development, and asset management.
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing leases, sale and purchase agreements, development agreements, and related documents.
• Supporting corporate and finance colleagues on real estate aspects of wider transactions.
• Managing client relationships and providing clear, pragmatic legal advice.
• Assisting with business development and contributing to team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, and asset management.
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial leases, sale and purchase agreements, development agreements, and related documentation.
• Supporting corporate and finance colleagues on real estate aspects of wider transactions.
• Managing client relationships and providing clear, pragmatic legal advice.
• Assisting with business development initiatives and contributing to the team’s continued growth.

About You

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with experience in commercial real estate – 5+ PQE
