Job summary

Capital Law is looking for a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join Wales’ leading commercial team, based in Cardiff or London. You’ll draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, and advise clients on commercial law, IP, data protection, and e-commerce.

You will also deliver training, support corporate transactions with commercial, IP and IT expertise, and collaborate across the firm to provide strategic legal input.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 7+ years PQE in commercial law.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative, client-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
