An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Associate Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join the highly regarded Real Estate team of a successful national law firm in Cardiff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join a well-established team, working on a high-quality and varied caseload for an impressive client base.

The Role

You will work alongside experienced property lawyers, advising a broad range of clients on complex and high-value commercial property transactions.

Your work is likely to include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases and lease renewals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property development
• Investment transactions
• Property finance
• Portfolio management
• Sales and purchases of commercial property
• Development agreements and associated documentation
• Due diligence and title review
• Supporting clients on wider real estate matters

You will have significant client contact and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the firm's wider corporate, finance and commercial teams.

About You

The successful candidate will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE and a strong background in commercial real estate.

You will ideally have:

• Solid experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Experience managing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Excellent client-care and communication skills
• A commercially focused and pragmatic approach
• The ability to manage your own caseload effectively
• Experience of working with a range of clients and stakeholders
• The ambition to develop your career within a leading national practice

You will be confident, personable and commercially minded, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
