Requirements
- MEng or PhD qualified in Civil, Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering, or Mathematical disciplines
- Relevant finite element analysis and coding experience
- Practical experience within the offshore pipeline, cable and interconnectors industry sufficient to progress to senior levels
- Proficient and well-developed experience using Abaqus and Python
- Willingness and enthusiastic mentoring/coaching experience for less experienced engineers on technical aspects of process engineering and continued professional development
- Adaptable and agile to deliver assignments at short notice while multitasking across concurrent project scopes
- First-class communication skills and ability to summarise key drivers succinctly
