Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Pricing & Reinsurance Manager to shape pricing, reinsurance and proposition strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for pricing decisions, partnerships and performance across markets.

You’ll lead a team, leverage data, analytics and AI to improve pricing and customer journeys, and act as Product Owner for strategic pricing capabilities, turning ambitious ideas into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong actuarial background with experience in protection, life insurance or retail financial services.
• Senior pricing, commercial strategy, actuarial or reinsurance experience.
• Strong commercial judgement and understanding of how pricing drives growth and profitability.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable pricing decisions.
• Interest in using technology, analytics and AI to improve pricing and risk management.
• Proven track record of leading change and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Pricing & Reinsurance team.
• Set pricing strategy across intermediary and bancassurance propositions.
• Use market insight to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead reinsurance relationships and negotiate risk transfer.
• Collaborate with Underwriting Strategy and Proposition teams for strong outcomes.
• Use data, analytics and AI to strengthen pricing, customer journeys and segmentation.
