tem is seeking a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead pricing ML within Rosso, the core IP that prices electricity and balances portfolios in real time. You will own the pricing engine direction, build production ML systems, and contribute to systems handling short and long-term imbalance decisions to manage exposure.

You will work with other MLEs, software engineers, and MLOps to bring models to production, owning technical direction and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Deep experience building ML systems for pricing, revenue optimisation, or decision-making under uncertainty.
• Strong foundation in stochastic optimisation and probabilistic modelling.
• Proven first-principles reasoning across modelling approaches.
• Production-grade Python coding and collaboration with engineers.
• Senior technical leadership translating model decisions to stakeholders.
