Zego is hiring a Senior Pricing Manager to shape and execute pricing strategy across Personal Car products in the UK and Europe. You will own pricing decisions end-to-end, balancing growth, profitability, and customer value, while aligning with broader commercial objectives.

You will partner with senior leaders, scale pricing capability, and raise pricing maturity across the organisation, acting as a strategic partner to leadership in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Personal or Commercial pricing, with ownership of complex pricing decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience turning data into deployment-ready pricing decisions and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical capability with data-driven insights and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence executive-level decisions.
• Autonomy in a smaller setup with experience scaling pricing frameworks and governance.
• Demonstrated people leadership or coaching experience to elevate team performance.
• You work AI-first and are curious, willing to experiment and own rapid learning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Actuarial Pricing & Data Science to define and execute pricing strategy.
• Own end-to-end pricing for portfolios from design to launch, monitoring, and optimization.
• Lead pricing decisions for new propositions, market entries, and major changes.
• Develop and evolve pricing frameworks, methodologies, and performance metrics.
• Provide commercial insight through data-driven analysis for non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a thought leader, challenging approaches and raising pricing maturity.
• Mentor and develop pricing team members and foster high performance culture.
