Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst in the UK (West Midlands/London) to lead pricing analytics and segmentation across multiple insurance products. You will partner with pricing, product, underwriting and analytics teams to shape pricing decisions and drive commercial impact.

This role offers hybrid working, a generous bonus up to 10%, matched pension contributions up to 10%, healthcare benefits, and a clear path for progression as you work on large-scale pricing and analytics projects

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing analytics or related function.
• Strong commercial problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience using Python or SQL.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading or delivering analytical projects.
• Insurance pricing experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing analysis and segmentation strategies across a range of products.
• Evaluate portfolio performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Deliver actionable insights to support commercial and strategic decisions.
• Monitor pricing performance and recommend improvements.
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end analytical projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders across pricing, product, underwriting, and analytics teams.
• Support innovation within pricing and helping enhance analytical capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts where appropriate.
