Job summary

Computerworld Personnel Ltd is recruiting for a Pre-Press Manager in Port Talbot. The role leads the Pre-Press team and oversees end-to-end processes from artwork approval to production first runs, with a focus on high-volume manufacturing and reprographics.

You will manage equipment, costs, quotes and customer engagement, driving improvements and adopting new printing technologies to boost efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in manufacturing or print environments.
• Experience in reprographics and offset printing environments.
• Experience managing customer and supplier relationships.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Pre-Press team, overseeing workloads, training, coaching, and development.
• Own the end-to-end Pre-Press process from artwork approval to production first runs.
• Manage departmental operations including equipment, costs, quotations, invoicing, and customer engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes and adopting new printing technologies.
