United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor to own the pre-construction commercial function across a portfolio of projects. You will lead a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors, drive CVR reporting, and ensure robust cost planning and budgeting throughout the pre-construction lifecycle.

The role focuses on commercial governance, procurement strategy, and safeguarding margins through proactive risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with pre-construction exposure.
• Strong knowledge of CVR, cost planning, and budget management.
• Experience leading and developing commercial teams is advantageous.
