Qualifications

• Significant experience in pre-construction management.
• Proven track record of two-stage tenders and PCSA projects.
• Strong understanding of RIBA Stages 2-4.
• Ability to lead multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead two-stage tender and PCSA processes from opportunity to contract.
• Manage projects through RIBA Stages 2-4.
• Own the pre-construction programme milestones.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants and supply chain.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate design, commercial, planning, procurement and construction teams.
• Lead tender submissions with buildability, programme, risk, and value engineering.
• Identify and manage pre-construction risks and opportunities.
• Support procurement strategies and early supply chain engagement.
• Ensure smooth transition from pre-construction to delivery.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the pre-construction team.
