Job summary

The Launch Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join its growing team in the UK. You will shape major infrastructure projects from tender through to construction handover, coordinating planning, risk assessment and delivery strategies.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence two days per week with occasional travel to live project sites twice per month. You will collaborate with estimating, design, commercial and operational teams to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in construction or pre-construction planning.
Advanced ASTA Powerproject skills.
Strong knowledge of concrete, civils, infrastructure, and construction sequencing.
Experience with quantity take-offs from PDF, DWG, and IFC models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Developing tender and contract programmes using ASTA Powerproject.
Producing construction methodologies, logistics plans and delivery strategies.
Reviewing drawings, BIM models, and technical information to assess buildability and risk.
Supporting bid submissions, client presentations, and project handovers.
Working closely with estimating, design, commercial, and operational teams to deliver successful outcomes.
