You will have the ability to gather and record information in order to prioritise queries, resolve problems and signpost to alternative services. You will be highly motivated and familiar with dealing with complex and emotionally challenging situations through to resolution while ensuring service users and carers are supported with dignity and respect and are promoted to fully engage in the assessment process, in line with the principles of personalisation and self directed support.
