Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 8b Practitioner Psychologist to lead the psychology service within the Norfolk Forensic Community Team and help develop the Suffolk Forensic Community team. The role involves highly specialist assessment, formulation, intervention, and risk management for individuals with complex mental health, offending and forensic needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention.
• Lead and supervise psychology staff and trainees.
• Develop and evaluate community forensic psychology services across Norfolk and Suffolk.
• Collaborate with health, social care and criminal justice partners to improve care pathways.
• Support service development, quality improvement, audits and research activities.
