Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 8b Practitioner Psychologist to join our Community Forensic Services across Norfolk and Suffolk. You will deliver expert assessment, formulation and risk management for complex cases within a multidisciplinary team.

The post holder will lead the psychology service, supervise trainees, and contribute to service development, quality improvement and trauma-informed practice across the trust.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist with substantial experience.
• Strong leadership, supervision and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, psychologically informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialist psychological assessment, formulation and risk management.
• Lead and supervise psychology staff and trainees within Community Forensic Services.
• Support service development, auditing and research activities.
