Job summary

Advance is looking for a Senior Practitioner to join our Poole team, delivering person-centred support to customers with learning disabilities. You will lead, develop and monitor practice, ensuring alignment with policies, best practice and regulatory standards.

You will coach staff across teams, review support plans, and work with managers to implement tailored plans that promote confidence and independence in the community. Safeguarding and collaboration are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Passionate about improving the lives of local, vulnerable people.
• Ability and determination to support people with learning disabilities.
• Flexible, reliable, proactive with good IT and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and observe staff to ensure best practice and coach team members.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement plans.
• Review and update support plans and documentation for customers.
• Promote person-centred delivery and safeguarding of customers and staff.
• Attend meetings to discuss progress and plan transitions.
