Advance Housing & Support is seeking a Senior Practitioner in Poole, Dorset. You will work with the Support Manager to provide high-quality, person-centred support for customers, leading, developing, monitoring and evaluating practice in line with policies and regulatory standards.

You will help customers build confidence, skills and independence in their home and local community. The role requires flexibility to work 5 days a week from 7am to 10pm, including weekends with potential
