What you will do:

- Provide advice and support to social workers and care managers in the team on casework.

- Support the Team Manager by deputising in their absence and act as Duty Manager when needed.

- Chair some Professional Meetings/Case Conferences as appropriate.

- Assist social workers on duty to ensure that incoming concerns are acted upon in a timely and appropriate manner.

- Record actions and decisions clearly and robustly on the Mosaic database.

- Undertake complex enquiries, liaising with both internal and external colleagues as appropriate.
