Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff, deputising for the Team Manager.
• Oversee review of child in need plans before closure and lead in a practice area.
• Promote and develop relationship-based social work within the team.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to support families.
• Manage a reduced caseload and oversee a pod of 3–4 social workers.
