Qualifications

• Recognised social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
• Proven ability to assess and intervene in child protection cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families at risk.
• Lead multi-agency case conferences and ensure collaborative practice.
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff and students.
• Develop and implement care plans following legislation and local policy.
• Maintain accurate records in line with statutory requirements.
