As a Senior Practitioner in Adult Services within the Discharge team, you will play a key role in supervisory, SAM decisions, and social workers' quality assurance practices.
You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that values you as an individual and encourages you to bring your whole self to work every day. Your experiences and expertise will help us provide high-quality, person-centred care to anyone who accesses our services.
You will also be responsible for ensuring good practice in social work, working in integration with health professionals, working closely with the Team Manager and other stakeholders to identify key priorities for your team, areas of development, and be part of the change that drives us forward.
As a supervisor, you’ll inspire your team to be thought-leaders in adult social care and motivate them through challenging times. You’ll have access to training and development opportunities to help you achieve this—enabling you to enhance your skills and stay informed of the latest developments, thinking, and innovations in adult social care.
