An established industry player is seeking a Senior Practitioner for their Multi Agency Safeguarding Team. This role is pivotal in managing complex cases involving children and families, ensuring that the right support and interventions are provided. You'll have the opportunity to coach and mentor less experienced team members while also leading assessments and planning services that truly make a difference in the community. With a hybrid work pattern, this position allows for flexibility while still being deeply engaged in impactful work. If you are passionate about safeguarding and empowering families, this role is perfect for you.
Children, young people, and their families are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that delivering Children's Services well has the potential to transform the lives of children, young people, and their families across Cambridgeshire.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and their families. We help children, young people, and their families to build resilience and community connections and empower them to find their own solutions to problems. We understand that children and young people are not all the same, but they all deserve outstanding services.
The team conducts MASH enquiries on referrals concerning children and their families, to determine if the threshold for statutory intervention is met or if early help is more appropriate.
As a Senior Practitioner in MASH, you will manage a complex caseload appropriate to your qualification, experience, and competency. The workload will be highly complex, with a degree of autonomy and regular supervision.
If you are passionate about making a difference and meet the experience criteria, we would love to hear from you.
