Simply Jobsworth is partnering with a growing accountancy practice in Alcester to recruit an experienced Senior Accountant. You’ll manage a varied portfolio, produce statutory accounts, and deliver tax compliance with confidence and clarity.

You’ll build and maintain strong client relationships, take ownership of your workload, and work in a relaxed, supportive environment that values autonomy and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accountancy practice.
• Confident preparing statutory accounts and tax returns.
• Strong communication with clients and team members.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies.
• Prepare corporation tax and personal tax returns.
• Manage and support a varied client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Respond to client queries and deliver day-to-day accounting support.
• Own workload and ensure work is accurate and timely.
