Job summary

Fifth Ring is seeking a PR Manager in Aberdeen to lead the development and delivery of public relations strategies that add measurable value for clients and the agency. You will drive PR campaigns with strong account planning, budgets and team leadership, delivering standout results.

You will manage senior client relationships, grow key accounts, and lead strategic pitches while shaping industry-facing communications. Crisis and emergency response experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Solid PR experience spanning strategic campaign planning and media relations.
• Formal qualification in PR, marketing, journalism or related field.
• Excellent writer and confident presenter with agency and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of public relations strategies that add measurable value for clients and the agency.
• Oversee PR programmes and campaigns through account planning, budgets and team leadership; deliver award-winning work on time and on budget.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, identify key accounts and lead negotiations to keep relationships thriving.
• Represent Fifth Ring at a senior level through networking and industry presentations; support new-business proposals with sharp thinking, timelines and budgets; mentor the team.
