Job summary

Energy Voice, part of DC Thomson, is seeking a Production Manager – Energy Brands in Aberdeen. You will lead end-to-end production for premium campaigns across Energy Voice and E-FWD, coordinating editorial, marketing and client communications to deliver on time and on budget.

You will manage multiple campaigns, optimize workflows, and partner with internal teams and freelancers to ensure high-quality content and strong commercial performance.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Budget awareness and commercial understanding.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campaign delivery from handover through publication and reporting.
• Define responsibilities, deadlines, approval processes and milestones.
• Manage production logistics, including filming schedules, travel, locations and crew.
• Identify and mitigate production risks and implement contingency plans.
• Maintain production calendars and workload plans; monitor capacity across projects.
• Provide regular status updates and visibility of project priorities.
• Lead client communications and ensure proactive updates throughout delivery.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with Editorial, Brand, Marketing and Commercial teams.
