Job summary

Ramarketing is an international life sciences marketing agency seeking a PR Lead to guide the function, set direction, and deliver high-quality PR solutions for clients.

You will lead the PR team, grow capabilities, and provide senior counsel on complex client work, ensuring integration with other capabilities to drive growth and agency performance. The role requires evolving media insight and strong thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant PR and communications experience with strong strategic judgement.
• Proven experience leading people and teams, including performance, coaching, skills development and accountability.
• Strong strategic and client advisory experience, with the confidence to provide senior counsel and translate business objectives into effective communications approaches.
• Strong understanding of the evolving PR and media landscape, including media relations, reputation, thought leadership and the impact of changing technology and channels.
• Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of how PR contributes to integrated client solutions, growth opportunities and agency performance.

• Lead, empower and develop the PR team through clear expectations, coaching, feedback and performance management.
• Build the skills, technical confidence and succession needed to create a strong and sustainable function.
