Job summary

Splendid Communications is seeking a Freelance PR Senior Account Manager to lead retained and campaign work for high-profile consumer clients. You will combine client service, creative delivery, media relations, project management and team leadership.

Working across a range of our favourite food brands, the role involves leading campaigns, mentoring junior staff and managing budgets with tight deadlines. Availability for 3–6 months on a Fixed Term Contract.

Qualifications

• Solid consumer PR experience at Senior Account Management level.
• Strong communication, time and project management skills.
• Mentoring or line-management experience.
• Creativity, resilience, adaptability and teamwork.
• A real passion for PR and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead retained and campaign work for high-profile consumer clients.
• Client service, media relations, project management and team leadership.
• Lead campaign shoots and ensure assets meet brand guidelines; draft and approve media releases.
• Plan, report and manage budgets; mentor junior staff as required.
• FMCG experience is ideal.
