Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a Freelance Senior Account Manager to lead retained and campaign work for high-profile consumer clients, combining client service, creative delivery, media relations, project management, and team leadership.

Based in London on-site, the role involves end-to-end campaign leadership, budgeting, reporting, and mentoring junior staff with limited Account Director involvement.

Qualifications

• Solid consumer PR experience at Senior Account Management level.
• Strong communication, time and project management skills.
• Mentoring or line-management experience.
• Creativity, resilience, adaptability and teamwork.
• Tenacity and passion for PR.
• Exceptional client management with a track record of exceeding expectations.
• Excellent media relations and strong project & team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and campaign work, including meetings and status calls, budgets, and rollout plans.
• Direct content and media delivery: shoots, assets, releases, media planning and journalist relations.
• Plan, report, and mentor team; manage campaigns, timelines and budgets.
