Sento Talent is partnering with a market-leading PR agency in Birmingham to find a Senior PR Account Executive to join their dynamic team.

This role provides foundational experience in public relations, allowing you to develop essential skills in account management. You will work closely with the team to deliver top-tier PR services, handling administrative tasks such as tracking media coverage and monitoring influencer engagement. Your contributions will ensure smooth operations and professional record-keeping.

As you progress, you'll have opportunities to write copy, research campaigns, assist with social media, and support client and agency activities. You'll learn to stay updated on news, identify proactive opportunities, and build media relationships to secure coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support, including tracking media coverage and influencer engagement.
2. Assist in drafting copy and researching new PR campaigns.
3. Contribute to social media efforts for clients and the agency.
4. Monitor the news agenda to identify opportunities for clients.
5. Develop media relationships and contribute to securing coverage.
6. Report to the Account Manager and assist with reporting and client evaluation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Client-focused with a proactive attitude.
• Strong writing skills; experience in content creation preferred.
• Experience with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high-quality work.
• Interest in the communications industry and news stories.
• Proficiency with Office and PowerPoint.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Canva or other content creation software.
• Experience in social media content creation.
