Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Glasgow is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to work across commercial, residential, hotel and student accommodation projects. You will hold MRICS and lead client-facing commercial management within a small, established consultancy.

You will mentor junior surveyors, manage projects with autonomy, develop client relationships and contribute to the growth of the team as part of a growing practice.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification required.
• Strong PQS background in commercial and/or residential sectors.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• Proven track record managing projects and clients independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management across a varied project portfolio.
• Manage projects with a high degree of autonomy and client liaison.
• Senior-level client relationship management and business development.
• Line management and mentoring of junior surveyors.
