Qualifications

• Specify, design, and deliver robust electrical and electronic systems.
• Understand engineering standards and design release processes.
• Investigate and resolve electrical/electronic faults.
• Define requirements and scope work packages.
• Demonstrate leadership and mentoring of engineers.
• Plan, prioritise, and manage resources to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the specification, design, integration, and delivery of Powertrain electrical/electronic systems and associated equipment.
• Investigate and resolve electrical system issues; close faults and actions.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives; coordinate resources.
• Review and approve designs; provide technical guidance to engineers.
• Coordinate design workflows, documentation, and release processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems.
