What will be your responsibility:

• Collaborate and steer team of power analysts, ensuring high-quality analysis and professional growth
• Design and develop forecasting models to support market analysis and trading strategies
• Work closely with the quant development team to implement models in Python, ensuring they perform as intended
• Conduct power stack modeling to analyze market dynamics and identify trading opportunities
• Collaborate with gas, carbon, and weather analytics teams to align insights and provide a comprehensive market view
