Connect Resourcing is assisting a leading Energy Trading business in London to hire an Energy Trading Analyst. The role requires experience in power or gas markets and the ability to provide accurate market and fundamental analysis to trading teams, with Python programming and modelling skills essential.

Ideal candidates have strong numerical and data management abilities, plus excellent communication. 1–2 years energy trading or consulting experience is preferred, and MSc or PhD level

Leading Energy Trading business is now seeking to hire an Energy Trading Analyst to join their London based team. You MUST have experience of either the power, or gas markets and be used to providing accurate market and fundamental analysis to trading teams. Python programming and modelling skills are also essential.

You will have strong analytical background, numerical and data management skills alongside strong communication skills. Candidates will ideally have 1-2 years energy trading experience or relevant experience from working with a consulting firm. The role can be tailored to suit an MSc or PhD level candidates who have carried out energy related research.
